Hunter Associates is proud to support the Pittsburgh Arts and Lectures’ Ten Evenings and Terry Tempest Williams’ lecture on her book Erosion: Essays of Undoing.

Terry Tempest Williams has been called “a citizen writer,” a writer who speaks out eloquently on behalf of an ethical stance toward life. Erosion: Essays of Undoing explores the many forms of erosion we face: of democracy, science, compassion, and trust. These essays are Williams’ call to action for blazing a way forward through difficult and dispiriting times.

The 2020/21 season presents celebrated authors who generously share their research and creative process in conversational lectures. Each evening explores literary themes from the author’s perspective and offers the audience an engaging session, including questions and answers.

The mission of Pittsburgh Arts & Lectures is to connect celebrated authors with the community, elevate civic discourse, and inspire creativity and a passion for the literary arts.
