Hunter Associates sponsored Pace School’s annual fundraiser, Taste for Pace, held on October 20, 2016, at the Smallman Gallery. This event raises awareness and financial support to further their mission of giving every child an opportunity to thrive. The event menu was curated by the chefs of Aubergine Bistro, Carota Cafe, Josephine’s Toast, and Provision Pgh.
Hunter Associates has been a long-time supporter of Pace School. Pace works to provide a successful learning experience for children with Autism and emotional/behavioral challenges. The programs offered blends special education with therapeutic support.
Hunter Associates also sponsored the Greater Pittsburgh Literacy Council’s 2016 Leaders for Literacy Luncheon. This event was held at the Fairmont Hotel on October 20, 2016. The proceeds from the luncheon make possible free classes in reading, math, GED preparation, computers and workplace skills. GPLC provides education for adults in the Pittsburgh area in need of literacy skills.
